So here I am, in my FREEZING COLD APARTMENT, watching the NLCS game from 1985 that gave us that wonderful phrase “Go Crazy Folks”. (Got the game off Netflix.) I suddenly remembered that, early last year, I’d discovered the domain gocrazyfolks.com was available. So I decided to investigate and see if this was still the case.
Yep.
So I went ahead and bought it. I mean, at least I know if I own it, gocrazyfolks.com is in good hands and not going to be yucked by some spammer and/or cubs fan. Right?
So now the question is: what do I do with it? All the domain is to me right now is an endless series of unbelievably cool email addresses. If you sent a note to any of the following addresses, I’d actually receive it! Woo hoo!
julia at gocrazyfolks
albert_pujols_hit_three_home_runs_on_my_birthday at gocrazyfolks
carlosbeltranstrikesoutlooking at gocrazyfolks
brandoningestrikesoutswinging at gocrazyfolks
i_was_born_on_the_day_bob_forsch_pitched_a_no_hitter at gocrazyfolks
makingupcardinalsemailaddressesiswaytoomuchfun at gocrazyfolks
Et cetera.
So does anyone have any idea what to do with this new website of mine? If your idea is good enough and you’re non-lazy enough, I may even pass the domain name on to you!
Not the email addresses, though. Them I’m keepin’.

Seems like a big picture of the Wizard rounding the bases and a sound clip of Jack’s call would be a nice start.

You could move your blog there, for starters. And may I request an e-mail address, please?
I’d like:

That should do.
